Production Worker
Full-Time | North Phoenix, AZ (I-17 & 101)

All new employees will have a 30-calendar-day grace period during which they will have the opportunity to demonstrate that they meet our standards for productivity, attendance, attitude, and teamwork. We want every new hire to succeed, and this period gives both parties the chance to confirm it’s a great fit.
Responsibilities
- Assemble items into display cases accurately and efficiently
- Pack items into boxes and apply tape securely
- Count and verify item quantities
- Operate and feed a shrink wrap machine
- Apply stickers and labels to items with precision
- Maintain a consistent work pace to meet daily production goals
- Follow supervisor instructions and adhere to quality standards

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time throughout the shift
- Good hand dexterity for repetitive assembly and labeling tasks
- Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing 20–40 lbs
- Comfortable performing repetitive motions in a production environment
