Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging group fitness classes, specifically Barre
- Provide personalized training sessions that focus on individual goals, ensuring proper technique and safety.
- Design comprehensive fitness programs that incorporate knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics.
- Assess clients' fitness levels and track their progress over time.
- Maintain a positive and motivating environment within the gym or health club setting.
- Promote fitness sales and encourage participation in various programs offered by the facility.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness and wellness to provide clients with the best possible experience.
- Collaborate with other fitness professionals to enhance program offerings and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Certification in personal training or group fitness instruction is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, and program design principles.
- Experience in teaching various fitness formats such as kickboxing, cycling, yoga, Pilates, or dancing is highly desirable.
- Background in sports coaching or health club operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate individuals in a group setting.
