We are seeking a passionate and experienced Baseball Instructor specializing in hitting or pitching to join our team. As an Instructor, you will be able to make your own hours. You will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction to players of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Your primary goal will be to help players develop their fundamental skills, enhance their understanding of the game, and improve their overall performance on the field. You will conduct individual and group training sessions, focusing on areas such as hitting, pitching, fielding, or catching. Additionally, you will evaluate players' strengths and weaknesses, create personalized training plans, and provide constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baseball, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring players of all ages.
