Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for sports? We are looking for someone who has the ability to grow their area, manage a coaching staff, oversee current sports programs, and lead by example.
Our unique commission based role allows you to receive additional payment for the number of students and programs you coach. It is also in your job description to continue to grow the area to add more programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate multiple store or facility teams, fostering a culture of fun and joy, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the area and continue to uphold the Sports X standards.
- Oversee program growth, marketing, and development of coaches and staff.
- Supervise day-to-day operations, including customer service standards, and process optimization
- Build and grow programs in the Yorba Linda, Brea, and adjoining areas and cities.
Skills
- Proven management experience with a strong track record of leading diverse teams in retail or sports-related environments
- Strategic planning expertise to set clear goals, analyze market trends, and develop actionable plans for growth
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive performance
- Supervising experience in fast-paced settings with a focus on operational excellence
- Management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency and customer experience
- Strong sales background with the ability to motivate teams towards creating fun programs for the kids.
