Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Full-Time or Part-time Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing individualized care, possess strong clinical skills, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to patient well-being. Our office is located located within a state-of-the-art fitness center, this facility epitomizes excellence in health and wellness. Comprehensive gym access provided for patient treatment. Exclusive access to the state-of-the-art pool facilities at the Adirondack club for specialized pool physical therapy sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities as appropriate.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention techniques and self-management strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Prior experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred but not required.
