About the Role:
Join Sports Village Inc. as a Dance Fitness Instructor and inspire our community to move and groove! We are looking for passionate individuals who can lead energetic dance fitness classes and create a fun, welcoming environment for all fitness levels. We also hire spin, pilates, hyrox instructors
Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging dance fitness classes for diverse groups of participants.
- Design and implement innovative choreography to keep classes fresh and exciting.
- Provide modifications and encouragement to ensure all participants can succeed.
- Maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere during classes.
- Monitor participant progress and provide feedback on performance.
- Promote upcoming classes and events to encourage participation.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the fitness area before and after classes.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance overall member experience.
Requirements:
- Love helping others to move, smile and have fun as a group fitness instructor with a focus on rhythm and fitness related discipline.
- No prior experience leading dance fitness classes needed but helpful.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with participants.
- Ability to create and deliver high-energy, engaging classes.
- Passion for fitness and commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
- Flexible schedule, mornings and/or evening needed.
- If needed we will teach and train how to lead classes and create routines for the right candidate
- Positive, energetic demeanor that inspires others to join in the fun!
