Job Description
Your First 30–60 Days
- Structured onboarding with clear expectations
- Side‑by‑side collaboration with the Clinic Director and PTs
- Gradual progression toward full independence
- Early emphasis on clinical reasoning, efficiency, and communication
- Treat orthopedic and sports‑related conditions under the direction of a PT
- Coach patients through exercise progressions, movement retraining, and load management
- Apply manual therapy techniques when they meaningfully support patient outcomes
- Contribute to clinical decision‑making rather than simply following a protocol
- Document efficiently during the workday so you’re not taking notes home
- Active, open‑gym model with minimal passive modalities
- Structured schedule that supports high‑quality care and therapist efficiency
- Collaborative team culture with high standards, accountability, and mutual support
- Patient population: active adults, athletes, and motivated individuals who want to get better and stay better
- Direct access to the Clinic Director for real‑time feedback, treatment guidance, and case review
- Weekly or biweekly 1:1 check‑ins focused on your development, performance, and goals
- Clear growth trajectory: confidence → efficiency → autonomy
- Strong emphasis on clinical reasoning so you can deliver individualized, high‑value care—not cookie‑cutter programs
- Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist Assistant in Washington State
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Interest in sports, movement, and performance-based rehab
- New grads who are coachable, motivated, and want to accelerate their growth

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $30.00-$35.00/hr.
