Project Scheduler

Overview:

Sports Labs is the leading third-party turf testing company working in the sports surfaces industry. Sports Labs provides quality control and research testing services both in a laboratory environment as well as in the field throughout the United States and abroad. We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and committed person for this position. The Project Scheduler will be responsible for a wide range of duties to ensure efficient and effective logistic operations. This role includes organizing incoming job requests and coordinating them with our field technicians, making sure they arrive at their jobs on-site well prepared.

Responsibilities:

· Take incoming job requests from clients and gather all related information about the job.

· Ensuring all job information from clients is acquired such as test type, preferred date, exact address, site contact, etc.

· Scheduling jobs and assigning them to field technicians accordingly.

· Providing accurate, detailed information to field technicians so that jobs can be done efficiently.

· Booking flights for field technicians.

· Confirming travel plans with field technicians and clients.

· Answering phone calls.

· Preparing the weekly schedule for field technicians.

· Using project management software to ensure all jobs are properly recorded and scheduled.

· Reporting to the Operations Director.

Qualifications:

· Experience in Microsoft Office software is required.

· Ability to work with confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.

· Timely

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Strong Organization skills, including the ability to multi-task.

· Strong attention to detail

· Strong problem-solving skills.

· Experience working with a team.
