orldwide.Role Description This is a remote, non-paid Marketing Summer Internship role with Sports Excitement. The intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with social media content creation, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement across platforms. Responsibilities may include helping draft email campaigns, supporting basic market research, and contributing ideas to marketing campaigns related to the app and website launch. The intern will also help track performance metrics, organize content calendars, and collaborate with team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in sports-focused digital marketing and exposure to a startup environment.
Qualifications
- Foundational marketing knowledge and interest in digital marketing, social media, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging messages for online audiences.
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn) and comfort learning new digital tools.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
- Genuine passion for sports, community-building, and technology-driven products.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently as well as in collaboration with a small team.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior internship, campus involvement, or project experience in marketing, content creation, or social media is a plus, but not required.
