Manufacturing Coordinator

Looking for an organized and detail-oriented person to work with fast-paced manufacturing plant.
Tasks
- Distribute work orders to manufacturing floor daily
- Communicate changes to floor and details needed to sales teams.
- Maintain production schedule and statuses.
- Identify & fill raw materials needed to complete all work
- Organize timely shipping of all orders based on customer priorities
- Bill of materials maintenance & upkeep
- Coordinate with Production, Shipping, Sales & Customer Service to support daily manufacturing operations forward movement
Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear & constant communication needed with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a noisy moving environment
- Comfortable in a warehouse with machinery & safety conscious
- Computer skills must be strong
