Our Passback Program collects used but still usable gear from customers and then distributes it to teams who are not able to afford even the most basic sports equipment. To date, we have collected and redistributed over 1,000,000 pieces of equipment to organizations around the world.

Major Accountabilities / Essential Duties
- Assist the HR Team in recruiting a pool of applicants for open entry-level positions utilizing a variety of resources in the local community, social media, and educational institutions.
- Utilize applicant tracking tools to perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of hiring quality candidates in a timely manner.
- Responsibilities of scanning, sorting and screening applicants within our Applicant Tracking system based on skill sets.
- Conducting multiple interviews daily to staff open requisitions for our entry-level recruiting.
- Conduct onboarding of new hires to include verifying accuracy of information as it moves from the ATS to the HR System.
- Assist with other various tasks as needed to support Human Resources and/or other departments throughout our peak hiring season (March- October).
- Experience working with the public required
- Prior experience in a customer service type role is strongly preferred
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills
- Administrative experience working with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Outlook is required (school experience may count depending on classes).
- Bilingual (Spanish) skills a plus
- Project upbeat and welcome presence to applicants
- Service skills like communicating with respect, treating others inclusively and looking for ways to make our applicant experience positive

- Superior organizational skills - ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining a professional demeanor.
