Our Professional Services Group (PSG) Continuous Improvement Leader will have the primary role of focusing on improvement to our Production User Interface Program (Kiosk) with projects aimed at incremental and breakthrough improvements in core process performance. The right candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to work well with others while being able to motivate others. Core competencies should include problem solving, strategic agility, change management, and customer focus. Candidates should be project management oriented and have leadership skills that show that they can accomplish tasks efficiently.
We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a strong focus on customer service and a desire to work for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization. In addition to exceptional leadership and analytical skills, you must have a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude.

Responsibilities
Major Accountabilities/Essential Duties
- Understands the entire value stream across all Professional Service Group areas and processes.
- Manage entire process of Kiosk upgrades: identifying, project scope, testing, integrating, documentation, communication, and roll out.
- Gather feedback for Kiosk improvements and change recommendations to improve the Kiosk reporting, utilization, and efficiency within production. Work with Team Sales to coordinate orders when necessary.
- Work with Inventory Control to facilitate needed changes to articles/bins/hangtags/GTIN’s etc.
- Material Testing - Logo/Numbers
- Troubleshooting defective logos during production
- Collaborates with the Sales Team and Merchandising
- Tests club-owned logos to ensure compatibility with existing application types
- Heat Press Settings Overrides
- Maintains PeelType table for HAL
- Manage Heat Press Settings for the manual production floor
- Miscellaneous Orders
- Oversees the full order process: printing paperwork, debagging, sorting, cart building, material picking, and delivery to production.
- Production Troubleshooting
- Resolves errors across all departments: Embroidery, Screening, Heat Press, Direct To Garment, and Sublimation
- Stops orders or entire SKUs when necessary to prevent further issues and communicate issues to Sales Team
- Process Improvement
- Report issues/errors with current processes and propose solutions to PSG team
- Production Error Incentive Report - tracks and reports production errors for incentive purposes.
- Assist in strategic projects, including tasks related to assimilating logo/numbers during company acquisitions
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency by matching existing logos, including precise color matching and dimensional measurements.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent manufacturing/production management/supervisory work experience.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Develops and applies necessary technical skills to deliver improvement results.
- Proven experience in a volume-oriented environment; working knowledge experience within Heat Press, Screening, Embroidery, and/or DTG is a plus.
- Work history with supervision responsibilities in a production environment preferred.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Proven effective interpersonal skills, ability for analytical thinking and reasoning.
- Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, internal partners, and others through use of good interpersonal skills.
- Must be proficient in English to be considered for this position. Bilingual skills a plus.
- Regularly sit, stand, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, climb, and use hands or fingers to operate a computer, telephone, keyboard and mouse.
- Light to moderate lifting, pushing, and pulling may be required
- Regular, predictable attendance is required
- Specific vision abilities include close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data, transcribing information, using a laptop and reading.
