We’re building a select team of dependable employees who want to make their own schedule. You don’t want to work Monday? Not a problem. This seasonal roster supports the increased demand Sports Endeavors has during the summer. Our leaders will post open shifts on their schedule for members of this pool to request through our mobile app (or web browser).
This position will be working as a member of the Material Prep department. This employee has a passion for excellence and will work alongside the PSG leadership. This position will have many tasks and requires good time management skills and attention to detail.

Major Accountabilities/Essential Duties
Our staff is made up of former players, parents of players and passionate sports fans. As Sports Endeavors has grown as a company, our core values have remained the same. We are still a family-owned company devoted to providing unrivaled selection and service to all team sport enthusiasts. Sports Endeavors values its team members, its community and its customers. Together we work, play, cheer and succeed.
Sports Endeavors shares our success, giving back at both the local and global levels. Sports Endeavors and its team members support Relay for Life, Race for the Cure, United Way and other non-profit organizations and events. Our Passback Program collects used but still usable gear from customers and then distributes it to teams who are not able to afford even the most basic sports equipment. To date, we have collected and redistributed over 1,000,000 pieces of equipment to organizations around the world.

Current Shifts Include
- 1st shift: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- 2nd shift: 4 p.m. – 12 a.m.
Major Accountabilities/Essential Duties
- Pick heat press materials from inventory
- File heat press materials
- De-bag material from vendor packaging
- Print and process paperwork for Heat Press orders
- Build orders to run through the automated heat press line
- Load and unload orders from the automated heat press line
- Perform Quality Control on finished articles from the automated heat press
- Fix problem orders that come from picking
- Performs other duties as they are assigned.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. while staying within medical guidelines.
- Must be proficient in basic computer skills.
- Candidates should have strong organizational skills, a high attention to detail and a very high focus on quality and accuracy.
- Candidate should be production driven, and must have proven track record for punctuality, minimal absenteeism
- Work hours will involve weekend work during our busy season.
- Some basic computer skills required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
