Shipping & Receiving Associate

$15.25–$16.25/hour, depending on experience
This is an on-site position at our Okemos location. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role.

We’re looking for a reliable, organized Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team!
Sports By Sager works with a wide variety of sporting goods, apparel, footwear, and lifestyle brands, so there’s always something different coming through the warehouse. If you like staying busy, working with products, and being part of a small team, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments
- Check products and quantities for accuracy
- Pick and pack customer orders
- Print labels and prepare packages for shipment
- Stock and organize inventory
- Help with inventory counts
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Pitch in with other projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working on your feet and staying active
- Able to lift and move boxes and inventory as needed
- Basic computer and math skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help
Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or fulfillment experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
