Most of our customer interactions happen over the phone, chat, and email, not across a counter. That means your ability to listen, think critically, and guide someone to the right solution matters more than ever.

We specialize in what most of the industry avoids, prescription sport eyewear, safety eyewear, and complex use cases. Our customers often come to us after being told no somewhere else.

We do not say no. We figure it out.

What You Will Do

• Help customers find the right eyewear solutions via phone, chat, and email
 • Interpret prescriptions and guide lens and frame recommendations with confidence
 • Educate customers on lens technology, coatings, and sport specific solutions
 • Solve complex optical challenges that require critical thinking, not scripts
 • Collaborate with lab, operations, and teammates to ensure flawless execution
 • Support showroom customers when needed in this hybrid role
 • Deliver an experience that builds trust, loyalty, and long term relationships

Requirements

• Experience as an optician, licensed preferred but not required depending on experience
 • Strong understanding of prescriptions, lenses, and frame fitting principles
 • Ability to explain complex optical concepts in simple terms
 • Comfortable working across phone, chat, and email communication
 • Retail or customer facing experience is a plus
