The Role

The Business Systems Analyst serves as the primary administrator and support resource for NetSuite and related business systems. This role is responsible for maintaining system performance, supporting users, troubleshooting issues, creating reports and dashboards, and helping ensure data integrity across our technology ecosystem. 
 
You will work closely with business stakeholders and partner with the Business Systems lead to improve processes, support integrations, and help scale the systems that power SportRx. 
 
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving workflows, working with data, and becoming a subject matter expert in NetSuite.

What You'll Do

• Administer NetSuite users, roles, permissions, and system configuration 
• Create and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and operational reporting tools 
• Support and maintain workflows, forms, and system configuration updates 
• Serve as the first point of contact for NetSuite related requests, questions, and troubleshooting 
• Monitor and troubleshoot NetSuite script errors 
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration errors and data flows within Celigo 
• Support reporting validation, operational monitoring, and data integrity within NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) 
• Assist with Zendesk administration, workflow monitoring, and support processes 
• Maintain documentation for business processes, integrations, system configurations, and procedures 
• Support testing, deployment, and validation of new features, integrations, and platform enhancements 
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications 
 
• 2 years of NetSuite administration or support experience 
• Strong understanding of NetSuite transactions, records, reporting, and saved searches 
• Experience supporting end users and troubleshooting system issues 
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment 
• Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset 
 
Preferred Qualifications 
 
• Experience with Celigo integrations 
• Experience with JavaScript or other scripting languages 
• Experience with NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) 
• Experience administering or supporting Zendesk 
• Experience supporting ecommerce operations and transaction flows 
• Experience with Shopify, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms
