⭐ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead fun, structured after-school soccer sessions for elementary-age students (K–5)
- Follow our proven, professionally designed coaching curriculum
- Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for all skill levels
- Communicate professionally with school staff, parents, and program coordinators
- Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to inspire young athletes
✅ REQUIREMENTS
- Experience playing or coaching soccer
- Passion for working with elementary-age children
- Reliable transportation to school sites in Boca Raton
- Must pass a background check
- Strong communication and energy in a group setting
⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Youth coaching or teaching experience
- Current or former college/club soccer player
- US Soccer / USSF Grassroots License (not required — we support certification)
- CPR/First Aid certified
