Duties
- Sharpen and maintain rental skates to ensure optimal performance and safety for users.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting patrons with skate rentals and answering any questions they may have.
- Manage the skate rental process efficiently, including cash handling and processing transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the skate rental area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
- Assist in organizing events or activities related to skating, enhancing the overall experience for guests.
- Engage with customers, providing information about skating techniques and safety practices.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable, particularly in hospitality or food service settings.
