Key Responsibilities:
- Be the Provider's Partner: Expertly manage comprehensive documentation as a Scribe, ensuring accuracy in electronic health records (EHR) and facilitating smooth patient flow.
- Direct Patient Support: Perform essential clinical duties like measuring vital signs, ensuring patient comfort, and assisting providers during pain management and treatment procedures.
- Administrative Excellence: Handle patient intake, manage records, and ensure effective, compassionate communication with patients regarding their needs and concerns.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive team, adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining your CPR certification to deliver the highest quality patient service.
Requirements:
- Pain Management Experience: Prior experience in a pain management or specialized clinical setting is highly preferred—hit the ground running with us!
- Dual Skillset: Proven strong clinical and administrative skills.
- Software Savvy: Experience working with medical software/EHR systems.
- Patient-Focused: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care abilities.
- Certification: Current CPR Certification is required.
Compensation & Benefits Package:

Hourly Pay $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, commensurate with parity and experience.
Schedule Expected 35 – 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
