- Position Type: Full-Time
- Bonuses: $10,000 Sign-on bonus and Profit Sharing
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Director to lead our team and oversee daily operations. Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership by overseeing patient evaluations, treatment planning, and care delivery to ensure high‑quality, evidence‑based practice across the clinic
- Review physician referrals, patient histories, and medical records to support appropriate treatment decisions and maintain clinical excellence
- Supervise and mentor clinicians, assistants, and rehabilitation technicians, ensuring adherence to established protocols and fostering professional growth
- Support complex patient cases through direct care as needed, modeling best practices and reinforcing clinical standards
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, workers’ compensation reports, discharge summaries, and incident reports
- Develop and monitor individualized plans of care, treatment goals, and outcome measures to maintain exceptional patient results
- Promote effective communication among staff, patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance partners to support seamless care coordination
- Oversee clinic operations, including scheduling, workflow optimization, and quality assurance initiatives
- Contribute to strategic planning, performance metrics, and clinic growth efforts to enhance patient access and overall clinic performance
- Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy. New graduates are encouraged to apply, we’d love for you to start your career with us!
- Current or upcoming state of Wisconsin Physical Therapy license and CPR certification
- Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans or willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
- Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office
