Sport & Spinal Rehab is a fast-paced chiropractic and sports injury clinic in Jupiter, Florida. Our mission is simple: Eliminate Pain. Get Back in the Game.

We help active people recover from injuries, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love. Our office combines chiropractic care with advanced therapies such as laser therapy, spinal decompression, rehabilitation exercises, and more.

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly organized team member to join our practice as a Chiropractic Assistant / Medical Front Desk.

This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking someone with prior medical office experience who understands patient flow, scheduling, and the importance of accuracy in a clinical setting.

Our office runs on a structured schedule with strong teamwork and attention to detail, and we are looking for someone who can step in, learn quickly, and contribute right away.

Schedule

Monday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Tuesday: morning hours vary, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Thursday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Our morning team meeting begins 15 minutes prior to start time and is mandatory.

Hours may vary slightly depending on patient schedule.

No weekends.

Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do

This position combines front desk responsibilities and hands-on patient care assistance, and all team members are cross-trained in multiple areas of the office.

Daily responsibilities may include:

• Greeting patients and creating a welcoming experience
• Checking patients in and out accurately and efficiently
• Managing a busy schedule and maintaining patient flow
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
• Insurance verifications and billing follow-ups
• Data entry, scanning, and record requests
• Assisting the doctor with patient flow throughout the office
• Assisting with patient therapies including:
• Laser therapy
• Spinal decompression
• Traction therapy
• Physical therapy exercises
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness throughout the office

Strong attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy with patient information, scheduling, documentation, and financial transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of medical office or chiropractic experience (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Experience with scheduling, patient communication, and insurance processes
• Must live within 30 minutes of Jupiter, FL
