What would you do as an instructor?
You would be hands-on teaching a variety of action sports, team sports, music, art, and social/ behavioral skills to students with a range of skills and abilities. You will be trained and aided in getting certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to help you in using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to teach your students.

What are the hours like?
As an after-school facility, our shifts are typically 4PM-8PM on weekdays and 9AM-5PM on the weekends.
Specifically, after our 2-interview process, we would add you to one of our monthly training groups! We offer 3 weeks of paid training that averages 80 hours. After training you would begin the RBT process (2-4 weeks) where we offer limited hours until certification (4-16 hours a week).
Once certified our part-time employees can expect 16-20 hours a week (2 weekdays and one weekend).
After that probationary period full-time employees can expect 25-35 hours a week.
How’s the pay?
During a 2-week training period/ as a starting part-time instructor at Sport-Social the pay starts at $16.50. Once you are officially certified pay increases to $20.50 (2-4 week period for credential application). Reviews and raise opportunities available annually. No pay caps, your pay can grow as you grow with us.
