About the Role
We’re hiring a Full-Time Referral Relationship Manager to cover the Middle Tennessee market. This remote role requires local travel and is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving referrals, and supporting growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with referring providers
- Drive new patient referrals and provider engagement
- Coordinate provider meetings and events
- Track interactions in CRM (Nutshell/HubSpot)
- Monitor referral trends in PowerBI and develop re-engagement strategies
Qualifications
- 5–7 years in sales, business development, or account management (healthcare preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
