Sport Ortho is a fully integrated musculoskeletal platform, orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, PA/NPs, and physical therapists practicing together under one roof, every single day. Not as separate departments. Not through a referral fax. As a unified care team.
Our physical therapists are embedded in that model from day one. You’ll collaborate directly with orthopedic providers on complex cases, have access to on-site imaging, regenerative medicine, and sports medicine and you’ll practice in an environment designed to exhaust every conservative option before anything else is considered.
And because we believe great care requires time, our PTs average 10 patients per day. That’s not a marketing line. It’s a clinical standard we protect intentionally.

Base salary is competitive and commensurate with experience

Who We’re Looking For
- Active Tennessee PT license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- DPT preferred; Master’s-level considered with relevant experience
- Outpatient orthopedic experience a plus (new grads encouraged to apply)
- Collaborative, curious, and committed to conservative musculoskeletal care
- CPR certification preferred
