About the Role Keyser Enterprises, a proud franchisee of Sport Clips Haircuts and Waxing the City, is growing across 5 Midwestern states. We’re looking for an Operations Assistant who understands the beauty industry and wants to play a key role behind the scenes keeping our salons and studios running smoothly.
This is a full-time office position based at our St. Louis support office.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cosmetology schools across the Midwest
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring stylists and estheticians
- Manage inventory — ordering supplies and products for all salon and studio locations
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and facility needs at the store level
- Provide general operations support to keep our locations looking sharp and operating efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Active Cosmetology license (required)
- Some office or administrative experience (salon/spa background is a big plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks across multiple states without missing a beat
