- Exceptional client service and communication skills
- Passion for the hair care industry and helping to develop stylists in their role
- Salon manager has the potential to earn an average of $50,000 to $80,000 per year
- Paid vacation time
- Employer supplemented medical insurance. Dental, vision, life insurance available

- Ongoing paid training for the manager and stylists at Sport Clips (Including Nebraska cosmetology CE requirements)
- Previous Sport Clips experience preferred
