Your Role Includes
- Partnering with the Store Manager to run smooth daily operations
- Coaching and developing a talented team of stylists
- Leading by example with exceptional client service and retail sales
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team training
- Ensuring the store stays spotless and fully branded
- Opening/closing shifts and helping grow our local clientele
Requirements
- Prior leadership or management experience (salon background is a plus)
- Active Illinois Cosmetology license required
- Energetic personality and strong communication skills
- Motivated by sales goals and team success
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Compensation & Benefits
