What You’ll Do
- Support the Salon Manager in daily operations and team leadership
- Coach, mentor, and develop stylists and coordinators
- Deliver and uphold exceptional customer service standards
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
- Help drive sales, performance, and store growth
- Stay current on trends and share knowledge with your team
- Foster a positive, welcoming culture for both clients and team members
What We’re Looking For
- Active Cosmetology or Barber License (NC or transferable)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and people skills
- Passion for the beauty industry and team development
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability (including evenings/weekends)
