Your Role Includes
- Assisting the Store Manager with daily operations and team leadership
- Training, mentoring, and developing stylists
- Delivering exceptional client service and driving retail sales
- Supporting recruitment and team growth initiatives
- Maintaining high cleanliness and brand presentation standards
- Helping build a loyal client base in the Ballwin area
Requirements
- Leadership or management experience (salon/retail preferred)
- Active Missouri Cosmetology license required
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Goal-oriented and team-player attitude
- Availability for evenings and weekends
