$25–$35 per hour (including base pay, tips, incentives)
Guaranteed base pay ($15)
PAY, PERKS & BENEFITS
- $15/hr base performance pay (up to $23/hr) $9.14 avg tips
- Many stylists earn $35 /hr total
- Closed Sundays
- Closed on major holidays
- Paid time off (up to 1 week/year)
- $1,000 retention bonus
