Sport Arena coordinates contract-based, on-site event support roles for live sports events across major U.S. cities. This posting is for Boston, Massachusetts and surrounding areas, however if you live in another big city, your candidacy will also be considered for the respective area.
This role involves attending scheduled sports events in person, following provided event-day instructions, and completing structured post-event confirmations. Assignments are offered on an event-by-event basis depending on availability.
Responsibilities:
Attend assigned sports events in person
Follow written event-day guidelines and instructions
Communicate clearly before and after assigned events
When assigned: provide in-event updates via our tools (and internal-only stream)
Compensation:
$25 per hour
Event ticket and parking provided
Schedule: Flexible, based on event availability
Evening and weekend availability is a plus
Requirements
Ability to attend events in person
Strong reliability and communication skills
Ability to follow written instructions and meet deadlines
Comfortable using a smartphone for app-based tasks (and internal verification tasks when assigned)
