What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clothing Customization, Embroidery and Digital Printing position at Sport About Clothing Customization?
We are a Fort Collins full-service, fast-paced and growing clothing customization shop looking to fill a production management or production/graphics opening. There is room for higher wage earnings and more hours.
Experience/skills: Customer service and production control system experience are primary asks. Vector art skills or embroidery/ digital printing experience would be of interest to us as well. All these skills are trainable if the candidate has the aptitude and interest in production and apparel.
Important elements of the primary job description include the following:

Strong collaboration with all teams in the shop: sales, production, purchasing and shipping.
Excellent time management and prioritization.
Attention to detail and accuracy in order entry, scheduling and documentation.
Common sense when balancing customer expectations with production realities as well as patience and professionalism under pressure.
Technical and digital ease and competence with computer programs.
Potential qualifications for a secondary position:
-Vector graphic skills.
-Running Tajima embroidery machines, multiple machines simultaneously. This includes the daily maintenance and threading of the machines, as well as the handling, hooping, quality control of product, etc.
-Running cutter and heat press machines and all that goes with that.
-Running a digital transfer printing machine.
-Whatever team-oriented duties are needed to keep a customization shop running smooth such as counting and receiving product coming in, folding and packing product to go out, delivery of product, working with customers, etc.

Physical Environment and Working Conditions:
-Must have the physical ability to understand and communicate effectively via telephone and email as well as face to face.
-Must have the ability to work and remain focused on detail in an open, noisy and busy environment.
-Must be able to stand, stoop, reach, bend and lift normal size boxes when performing job duties.
-Would prefer that candidate have a current drivers license.
