POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Cook and Team Member, you would prepare food and serve our guests. As part of this, you would help maintain the high-quality product by following our quality and safety standards.

Job Functions:

• Prepare food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
• Enthusiastically greet guests when they enter the restaurant and serve them following brand guidelines.
• Restock front line with prepared product.
• Clean, organize, and restock all stations.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of food and cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, safety, security policies and procedures to provide a healthy and safe environment for all guests and team members.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.
• Serve as an ambassador for QDOBA and maintain a cooperative, respectful working relationship with management and fellow team members.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations every day.
• Have fun and maintain a positive attitude at all times!
