This is an opportunity to lead Spooner Buckeye and help shape the continued growth of our clinic in one of the fastest-growing communities in the West Valley.

As Clinic Director, you’ll lead a talented team of clinicians committed to delivering exceptional patient care and helping people get back to the activities that matter most to them. You’ll have the autonomy and support to develop your team, strengthen relationships within the community, and continue building the clinic’s presence in Buckeye.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of therapists and support staff
• Mentor clinicians and help them achieve their professional goals
• Create an exceptional experience for patients, referral partners, and team members
• Foster a culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
• Drive clinic growth while maintaining the highest standards of care
• Serve as a leader within both the Spooner organization and the Buckeye community

Our treatment philosophy is centered on delivering an engaging experience for every patient—mind, body, and spirit. As a Director, you are responsible for bringing that to life in every interaction, every session, and every team decision.

This role is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Physical Therapist Assistant who is passionate about developing people, building culture, and leading with purpose.

You won't be expected to figure it out alone.
