What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNA/Home Health Caregiver- Peoria & Tazewell County position at Spoon River Home Health Services?
Pay: $16–$17.50 per hour

Responsibilities:
Assist with personal hygiene needs (bathing, dressing, eating, etc.)
Provide medication reminders
Help with mobility and safe movement
Plan and prepare meals
Support with therapy exercises
Perform light housekeeping duties
Respond responsibly in emergencies and report any concerns
Offer companionship and engaging activities to enhance quality of life
Enjoy one-on-one care and opportunities to learn and grow
Qualifications:
Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform physical care tasks
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation daily
Kind, patient, and dependable
Willing and able to work overnight shifts (daytime hours also available)
1 year experience in home care, healthcare, or hospitality preferred
Willing to follow health and safety standards
High school diploma, GED, or currently enrolled (CNA or CNA program a plus)
Dedicated to providing high-quality care
