Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and quality.
- Decorate cakes and other baked items with creativity and attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist with food production for catering events as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and menu items.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and fulfilling special requests.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the culinary field.
- Strong skills in food preparation, baking techniques, and cake decorating.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools, including knives and ovens.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $12.50 - $17.00 per hour
