What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Production Manager position at Sponzilli Landscape Group?
We are hiring.
Not for a finished Production Manager, but for someone who wants to become one.
At Sponzilli Landscape Group, we are looking for a construction-minded individual with a few years of experience who is ready to take the next step. This is a growth role within our residential design build division where you will learn how projects are scheduled, built, managed, and delivered from start to finish.
You will be working directly with me and our team to support active projects in the field, coordinate schedules, assist with materials and logistics, and begin to understand how production actually works behind the scenes.
This role is ideal for someone with 3 to 5 years of experience in construction or landscaping who is organized, dependable, and wants to grow into a leadership position.
You will not be expected to know everything. You will be expected to show up, learn, and take ownership over time.
Compensation will reflect experience, typically in the 50k to 65k range, with a clear path for growth as responsibilities increase.
