Position Overview
SponsorUnited, the fastest-growing sponsorship technology platform in sports & entertainment, is looking to grow its property partnerships team.  Current partners include the majority of the most prominent sports teams in North America, as well as global brands, agencies, national media companies and more.  We’re looking for highly driven, future industry leaders to join our one-of-a-kind organization to help us continue to our rapid expansion throughout the sports, entertainment and marketing industries.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales revenue via rights holders such as teams, leagues, venues, festivals etc.
  • High volume of new sales-related activity via networking, cold outreach, demos and follow up
  • Maintenance and continued growth of a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
  • Effective internal communication to ensure alignment across the business
  • Support of leadership in developing, managing and executing strategic opportunities

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's / MBA in Business, Marketing, Sports Management or related field
  • Strong network of property contacts in addition to other rights-holder prospects
  • High level understanding of the sponsorship landscape
  • Ability to effectively communicate using sponsorship data points
  • SaaS sales experience
  • 2+ years in sports, entertainment or marketing industry 
  • Sense of urgency and accountability to fulfill sales requirements
  • Deep knowledge of the sales prospecting process
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas 
  • Ability to work remotely while being highly accessible to management and clients
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated
