No detailing experience? No problem. We provide paid training. We hire for attitude, reliability, and work ethic.

What You'll Do

• Wash and clean commercial fleet vehicles.
• Operate pressure washing and fleet washing equipment.
• Clean vehicle exteriors according to SpongeBuddy quality standards.
• Perform quality inspections before completing each job.
• Safely operate company vehicles when required.
• Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Represent SpongeBuddy professionally at customer locations.

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Able to pass a background check.

Commercial fleet washing, pressure washing, landscaping, construction, automotive, warehouse, or other physically demanding work experience is a plus—but not required.

Schedule

• Part-Time
• Weekend availability required
• Evening shifts available
• Opportunity for additional hours based on business needs

Pay

$17.00–$20.00 per hour

Pay is based on experience, reliability, and performance.

Performance reviews provide opportunities for wage increases and advancement.
