Compensation & Benefits: Earn a competitive hourly wage of $38.00-$42.00, based on your experience, with potential bonuses for outstanding performance. Enjoy on-call hours (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and occasional Thursdays) and benefit from a supportive work environment that genuinely values your contributions.
Schedule: 6:15 am to 6 pm. May be starting or ending shift earlier/later as worked hours vary based on the daily surgery schedule. NO HOURS ON WEEKENDS OR MAJOR HOLIDAYS AND NO CALL REQUIRED EITHER!

Position Summary: As an on-call Pre-op/PACU RN, you'll play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of care in alignment with established guidelines. You will be required to be available 1 shift a week (total 4 shifts a month), and be willing to cover sick calls and vacation days as needed. Your flexibility and teamwork will shine as you collaborate closely with a small, dedicated team.
Who We're Looking For: We seek an experienced RN with a current Washington State license and certifications in ACLS and BLS, which is required. If you have a background in surgery centers, ICU, cardiac telemetry, or ER, and possess a keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills, you'll fit right in! You will be required to get your PALS certification within 90 days of hire.
