Position Summary
The Guest Services Representative supports the daily operations of Two Rivers Resort by providing friendly, professional, and efficient customer service at the front desk. This position is responsible for greeting guests, answering phones, booking reservations, processing sales transactions, and assisting customers with resort-related questions and needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner upon arrival.
- Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries regarding reservations, accommodations, marina services, amenities, and general resort information.
- Book, modify, and cancel reservations using the reservation system.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by identifying guest needs and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate a cash register and accurately process transactions for merchandise, reservations, and other services.
- Accept payments, issue receipts, and provide accurate change.
- Collect required payments and deposits for RV Park guests.
- Follow proper cash handling procedures, including counting and verifying tills as assigned.
- Verify identification and complete required documentation for Tribal members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk, store, and RV Park work areas.
- Complete daily cleaning and assigned task lists for the RV Park.
- Stock merchandise and supplies as directed by management.
- Communicate effectively with management, coworkers, and guests in person, by phone, and via email.
- Assist other Resort staff as needed and support overall daily operations.
- Remain productive during downtime by cleaning, organizing, restocking, and completing assigned tasks.
- Follow all safety guidelines and comply with Tribal, Federal, and Washington State laws, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Attend required meetings and trainings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities / Position Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out each essential duty satisfactorily. The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this position.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid Washington State driver’s license
- General experience providing customer service
- Knowledge of a reservation system preferred, but not required
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned duties with minimal supervision
- Dependable, responsible, and able to maintain a professional demeanor
- Comfortable handling a variety of guest needs
- Able to remain calm and professional during busy periods
- Willing to assist in multiple areas of resort operations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Schedule Expectations
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends, evenings, and special events, as needed
- Hours may vary depending on business needs and seasonal demand
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.

ENVIRONMENTAL & WORKING CONDITIONS
- Must follow policy and procedures during emergencies (power outages, environmental hazards, equipment failures, theft, etc.).
- Must maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods without scheduled breaks and work independently.
- May be required to work extended shifts (12 hours) based on business needs.
- Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions, including hot, cold, wet, windy, and humid environments.
- Frequent bending, twisting, climbing, crawl, and lifting up to 50 lbs. may be required.
Physical Requirements

- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, twist, climb, crawl, and perform light cleaning and stocking duties
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors as needed
COMPENSATION
This is a Seasonal/Part-time/Non-Exempt position.
Pay rate is $17.50 per hour.
