Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the retail associate include:
- Providing top-quality service to every customer, in accordance with Spoko Fuel policies and procedures.
- Conducting sales transactions quickly and accurately, operating a cash register by scanning all merchandise UPCs, and entering all transactions into the cash register.
- Reviewing and checking customer credit cards and identification, strictly following policies and procedures.
- Issuing sale receipts to all customers, and counting back the correct change to all cash-paying customers.
- Performing duties displayed on Spoko Fuel cleaning and daily task lists; stocking and merchandising as instructed by management.
