Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Cut, shape, polish, and finish stone countertops using fabrication tools and machining equipment to meet project specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and completed work to ensure quality control.
- Support warehouse operations by organizing materials, loading/unloading supplies, and ensuring a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members on fabrication projects, adhering to safety standards and project deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Experience
- Prior experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or construction environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation such as forklifts.
- Warehouse experience that includes material handling or inventory management is a plus.
- Basic understanding of machining processes and mechanical knowledge related to fabrication tools is advantageous.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions carefully while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship.
