Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a grinder or finisher in a manufacturing or metalworking environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with grinding machines, hand tools, and measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in machining or metal finishing.

Responsibilities:
