The RoleWe are adding a full-time, trauma-informed Mental Health Counselor to our team. You will:Provide individual, couples, and/or family counselingConduct assessments and develop treatment plansMaintain accurate clinical documentationCollaborate with other professionals when neededParticipate in consultation, supervision, and CE opportunities
Who You AreMaster’s degree in counseling-related fieldActive or associate WA license (LMHC, LMHCA, LMFT, LMFTA, LICSW, etc.)EMDR trained, or interested in training (support provided)Values empathy, curiosity, and growth
Compensation & BenefitsWe value clinicians and invest in your professional growth, well-being, and work-life balance. While our base pay starts at $35/hr per client session, full-time clinicians also receive paid supervision, brief admin time, and team meetings.
