Overview
Supports day-to-day operations in the Information Technology department related to the implementation, execution, and maintenance of IT end-user devices and administration. Supports the business by providing end-user support across all departments.
Job Responsibilities
Mac support
- Experience with supporting and troubleshooting Apple Mac systems in a professional environment.
- Configuration of Mac devices across the business including hardware and software application support.
Windows PC Support (versions 7 through 11)
- Support PCs and laptops across the business including hardware and software application support. Troubleshooting abilities across a wide variety of configurations, software, and systems, as well as integrations with various hardware.
Hardware support
- Experience with supporting and troubleshooting a wide variety of hardware devices. PCs, Macs, laptops, printers, and industrial equipment.
User configuration and account management
- Support end user configurations and provisioning across on-prem and cloud environments for users, groups and systems. Experience with Office 365, Entra ID, SharePoint, and Teams.
Network support and troubleshooting
- Experience with supporting and troubleshooting networked equipment and endpoints including switches, printers, UPS battery backups, and various production machines.
Oracle Experience
- Experience with Oracle and user account management a plus.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 2 years or more experience in the IT Field in a professional environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and customer service skills.
