We are seeking a Part-Time Leasing Property Manager Associate to support a well-maintained 98-unit residential community in Alameda. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in property management while maintaining flexibility.

• Drive leasing activity and maintain strong occupancy
• Conduct tours, process applications, and manage move-ins/outs
• Build strong relationships with residents and prospects
• Assist with marketing and advertising strategies
• Support property operations, including:
• Work orders and vendor coordination
• Notices, reporting, and compliance
• Property walks and maintaining community standards

• 1–2 years in leasing, sales, or property management
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Willingness to learn Fair Housing and property management systems (Yardi a plus)
• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation

• $25–$27/hour (based on experience)
• Leasing bonuses paid per unit rented ($200–$100 per unit), rewarding speed and performance
• Opportunity to increase earnings based on leasing success

• Tuesday & Thursday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday & Friday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
