What Makes You A Great Fit
- Veterinary/Operations Experience: Veterinary, animal care, or clinic operations experience preferred, including hands-on work in a veterinary or animal care setting and front-desk/reception responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated ability to deliver consistently high-quality, client-centered experiences
- Schedule & Availability: Flexible weekly availability, including weekends, for 10-and 12-hour shifts in an onsite role at a dedicated home clinic, with occasional coverage across multiple clinic locations
- Client Support & Coordination: Independently serve as the first and last point of contact for pet parents, providing a welcoming, empathetic experience from check-in through check-out
- Schedule Management: Create, manage, and maintain the daily clinic schedule to ensure efficient appointment flow and operational consistency
- Team Collaboration: Partner closely with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow associates to support high-quality patient care
- Problem-Solving: Maintain composure in fast-paced or high-pressure situations, addressing in-clinic needs with professionalism and sound judgment
- Clear Communication & Guidance: Reassure and inform pet parents, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout their visit
- $20–$22/hour, plus 1.5x pay on Sploot-recognized holidays, with opportunities for growth based on performance
