About Splitit
Our vision is to help consumers responsibly enrich their lives by leveraging the credit they’ve already earned in a new and impactful way. Today consumers want control of how they pay for the things they want and need. Splitit is the only payment platform that enables consumers to use their existing credit to break payments into smaller, bite-sized pieces to pay over-time with no interest, applications or fees. That keeps money in the hands of shoppers to use as they want. By helping shoppers pay small we help businesses grow big. That’s a win-win. Splitit operates globally and has offices in Atlanta and Tel Aviv.
Who We Are
Our culture is an environment of innovation, inspiration, and open communication. We live by the following values: Unique Perspective. Unwavering Courage. Bold Determination. Deliver Impact. Our values aren’t words we post on the wall- they make up the essence of who we are and how we make business decisions. They also shape the way we hire- so if you work with us, you will likely embody these too.
What You’ll Do
Splitit is looking for a Product Commercialization & Marketing Director to lead the strategy and execution of how our products and services go to market. This role sits in marketing, and at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Partnerships—owning the narrative, sharpening the value proposition, and driving integrated launches that land with end merchants, vertical markets, issuers, and strategic partners. This person reports to the Head of Global Marketing.
- Product Commercialization & GTM Leadership
- Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for new products, features, and services, from planning, positioning and packaging through launch and adoption.
- Translate product capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging, value propositions, and proof points for multiple buyer personas (C-suite, finance, operations, technical stakeholders).
- Drive alignment across Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Partnerships, ensuring launch readiness, internal enablement, and consistent external messaging.
- Develop GTM playbooks by vertical (categories most relevant to Splitit), by issuer/bank, and by strategic partner channel (i.e. Samsung).
- Storytelling, brand presence, and executive-level marketing
- Shape how Splitit shows up in high-impact moments: media, events, executive dinners, roundtables, C-suite meetings, and pitch environments with supporting materials and talk tracks.
- Coordinate with PR/Comms and demand teams to ensure launches and partner news become integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
- Sales enablement, adoption, and metrics
- Work with Sales on training and hype to drive adoption, readiness, and consistency in-market.
- Define success metrics and ROI assumptions (launch adoption, pipeline influence, partner-sourced demand, vertical penetration) and run post launch debriefs to pivot and optimize as needed for future.
Who You Are
- Proven experience (10 years) leading product commercialization / product marketing / GTM in B2B, fintech, payments, SaaS, or similarly complex categories.
- Track record of being both strategic and hands-on; able to set direction and execute under deadlines.
- Strong ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority; comfortable navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Deep capability in positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, and persona-based storytelling.
- Experience building vertical and partner GTM motions, including strategic partner enablement.
- Comfort supporting executive-level moments (C-suite presentations, events, press narratives).
- Excellent writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
