Nursing Supervisor

Split Rock Nursing is seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, proven leadership ability, and a passion for providing exceptional care in a long-term care setting.

Schedule:

• 12.5-hour shifts

• Weekend and overnight availability required

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.

• Respond promptly to resident needs and clinical concerns.

• Coordinate staffing assignments and oversee shift operations.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical issues during assigned shifts.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in New York State.

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Long-Term Care facility.

• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
